The first thing I can help with is the home search! I’ll use my network and real estate tools to do a deep dive and help find homes that check the boxes for what matters most to you.

Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to make sure you understand every part of the process and feel supported from start to finish.

Negotiations can feel stressful, but that’s where I step in—having your back, keeping your priorities front and center, and working hard to get you the best deal possible.

The Buyer’s Journey

Step 1

Step 1: Choosing your realtor

The first step is to find the right fit. Think about what you’re looking for in a realtor, and schedule a few calls with different options. Buying a home is a very personal experience, and you want someone you can really trust by your side.

STEP 2

Step 2: Preparing to search

Before you dive into your search, it’s helpful to get a few ducks in a row first. I can help with this! I’m happy to introduce you to preferred lending partners so you can  get pre-approved for a loan. We can work together to  determine your must-haves so we can search with intention.

STEP 3

Step 3: Finding a house

Let’s go out and find “the one” for you! I will support you in searches, and help coordinate showings for anything you find that you love. I’m happy to join you for a walk-through and advise on anything you might want to consider when making your selection.

STEP 4

Step 4: Contract to close

Once you are ready, we will prepare the strongest possible offer to put in front of the seller. I will work  with the seller’s realtor and negotiate on your behalf,  as well as scheduling inspections, making advisements, and keeping you informed every step of the way.
