STEP 1
Step 1: Choosing your realtor
The first step is to find the right fit. Think about what you’re looking for in a realtor, and schedule a few calls with different options. Buying a home is a very personal experience, and you want someone you can really trust by your side.
STEP 2
Step 2: Preparing to list
This is when we do our research, comparing your house with similar properties, developing your asking price and listing. This is also a great time to prep your home for showings. We want to make sure it looks its best! I can advise you on ways your time is best spent (repairs, packing), and help coordinate a photographer and any needed staging.
STEP 3
Step 3: Listing is live!
Let’s put your home out in the world! I will be shouting it from the rooftops to get your home the attention it deserves. I will prepare marketing materials, signage, and schedule showings and open houses to ensure your home is seen by as many prospective buyer’s as possible.
STEP 4
Step 4: Contract to close
Once we have an offer (or multiple), I will work closely with you every step of the way to ensure you get the best deal for your home, keeping your priorities front and center.
